Two engineers who got tired of shipping “good enough”
Scriptiqo started in Pune with two full-stack engineers, a handful of frustrating years inside larger IT companies, and one shared decision: build the kind of software shop we always wished we could hire.
Before Scriptiqo, we were two engineers working inside larger IT companies — the kind of places that ship a lot of software, fast. We built full-stack products for clients across industries and got very good at making things work under deadline pressure.
What the system never asked us to get good at was making things right. Corners got cut quietly. Technical debt became someone else’s problem. The engineers who cared most about quality rarely got to make the calls that actually mattered.
So we left, and built the company we wished we could have worked for — a small, senior team that ships work it would put its own name on, where “build beyond the basics” isn’t a line from a pitch deck.
We’re not trying to be the biggest software company in Pune. We’re trying to be the one you’d trust with the project you actually care about.
We’re still early, and still hands-on — every project that comes through Scriptiqo gets founder-level attention, not a handoff to whoever’s free. We’re not ready to put names or faces here yet. For now, we’d rather let the work do that.
