SaaS product development
We build the SaaS product, and the accounts, billing, permissions and admin tooling it needs to run as a business.

A software-as-a-service product has to do two jobs at once. It has to solve your customers’ problem well enough that they keep paying, and it has to run as a business: sign-ups, plans and billing, teams and permissions, onboarding, usage limits, support tools and reliable hosting. Many products stall because the second job was treated as an afterthought.
We design for both from the start. That means a multi-tenant architecture that keeps each customer’s data separate, role-based access within each account, subscription billing wired to your payment provider, and an internal admin panel so your team can support customers without asking a developer. We build with Next.js, React, Node.js, TypeScript and PostgreSQL, deployed on AWS.
Whether you are a founder with a validated idea or a business turning an internal tool into a product, we help you decide what belongs in version one and what can wait. You work with the two founders throughout, and you own the code, infrastructure and data.
What we build
Multi-tenant product architecture
Separate data per customer account, with teams, roles and permissions inside each account.
Sign-up, onboarding and billing
Self-serve sign-up, trials, subscription plans, invoices and plan limits, connected to your payment provider.
Core product features
The workflows, dashboards, reports and integrations your customers pay for, built in testable increments.
Internal admin and support tools
A back office to look up accounts, manage plans, see usage and help customers safely.
APIs and integrations
Public or partner APIs, webhooks and integrations with the tools your customers already use.
Scalable cloud setup
Automated deployments, backups, monitoring and environments for staging and production on AWS.
Built for teams at every stage
- Startups
- Go from validated idea to a paid product with the business plumbing already in place.
- SMEs
- Turn the internal tool you built for yourselves into a product other businesses can subscribe to.
- Enterprises
- Launch a new digital product line with the security, tenancy and integrations large customers expect.
- Public sector
- Shared platforms several departments or institutions can use, each with its own data and administrators.
Tech stack
- Next.js
- React

How the project runs
We start by separating what customers pay for from what the business needs to operate, and agree a first release that includes both. Architecture decisions such as tenancy, billing and permissions are settled before feature work. The product is built in increments on a staging environment, launched with monitoring, and then improved from real usage.

What is the difference between a SaaS product and a custom web application?
A custom web application serves one organisation. A SaaS product serves many customer organisations from one system, so it needs separate data per account, self-serve sign-up, subscription billing and tools to support customers at scale.
Should we build an MVP first?
Usually yes, if you have not yet proven that customers will pay. An MVP tests the core idea quickly. If you already have paying customers or a strong internal tool, we can plan a fuller first release.
Can you integrate subscription billing?
Yes. We connect your payment provider for plans, trials, upgrades, invoices and failed-payment handling, and enforce plan limits in the product.
How do you keep customer data separate?
Every record belongs to a customer account and every request is checked against that account and the user’s role. Where customers require stronger separation, we can isolate data further at the database level.
Will the product scale as we grow?
We design for the next stage of growth, not an imaginary one: efficient queries, caching where it matters, background jobs and infrastructure that can scale up without a rewrite.
Who owns the product?
You do: the code, the infrastructure accounts and the customer data. We document the system so you can grow your own team around it.
Can you take over and improve an existing SaaS product?
Yes. We review the code, data model and hosting first, then fix the issues that most affect customers and your team, such as performance, billing gaps or missing admin tools, before adding new features.
