Startup MVP development
A focused first version of your product that real users can try, so you learn what works before you spend more.

A minimum viable product is the smallest version of your idea that lets real people use it and tells you whether it is worth building further. The hard part is deciding what to leave out. Most first versions fail not because they were built badly, but because they tried to do too much and launched too late to learn anything.
We help you cut the idea down to the one journey that proves or disproves your main assumption, then build that journey properly. "Minimum" applies to scope, not to quality: the MVP is built on Next.js, React, Node.js and TypeScript, the same stack we would use for the full product, so if it works you can keep building on it instead of throwing it away.
You work directly with the two founders. We push back on features that do not serve the test, suggest manual workarounds where software is not needed yet, and set up analytics so the launch gives you real evidence, not opinions.
What we build
Scoping and prioritisation
A short workshop to agree the assumption you are testing, the one core journey, and what is deliberately out of scope.
Clickable prototype
A design prototype to put in front of users or investors before development, when that will save you building the wrong thing.
Working web or mobile MVP
The core journey built end to end, with sign-up, the essential features and a simple admin view.
Analytics and feedback loops
Event tracking on the steps that matter, so you can see where users succeed or drop off.
A clear path to version two
Documented code, a list of known shortcuts and a recommended next scope based on what users actually did.
Built for teams at every stage
- Startups
- Founders who need to test an idea with users or show traction to investors without overspending.
- SMEs
- Businesses testing a new digital product or service line before committing to a full build.
- Enterprises
- Innovation teams that need a working pilot to win internal approval and budget.
- Public sector
- Pilot programmes that need a working system for a limited group before a wider rollout.
Tech stack
- Next.js
- React
- Node.js
- TypeScript
- PostgreSQL
- Tailwind CSS
How the project runs
We spend the first days agreeing the single assumption the MVP must test and the smallest journey that tests it. The build runs in short cycles with a working link you can show users. We launch with analytics in place, review what users did with you, and agree whether to iterate, change direction or scale.

What should be included in an MVP?
Only what is needed for a user to complete the one journey that tests your main assumption, plus sign-up and basic admin. Everything else goes on a list for later. We help you make those cuts.
Will we have to rebuild the product after the MVP?
Not if the idea works. We build the MVP on the same production-grade stack as a full product, so you extend it rather than start over. We document any shortcuts taken so they can be revisited deliberately.
Can the MVP be a mobile app?
It can, but a web app or progressive web app is often faster to launch and easier to change while you are still learning. We recommend a native app first only when the test depends on phone features.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA before you share details of your idea.
Do you work with non-technical founders?
Yes. We explain decisions in plain language, show progress on a working link rather than in jargon, and make sure you own every account and line of code.
How long does an MVP take?
It depends on the journey being tested and any integrations it needs. After the scoping workshop we give you a fixed scope, price and timeline before development starts.
What happens after the MVP launches?
We review the analytics and user feedback with you and decide together whether to improve the core journey, change direction or start building the next set of features. You can continue with us or take the documented code to your own team.
