We build automation with Node.js, TypeScript and PostgreSQL, run it on AWS with monitoring, and design it to fail safely: if a step cannot complete, the right person is told rather than the work silently disappearing. You get documentation of every workflow, so nothing becomes a black box only one person understands.
Automation also needs an owner. We agree who is told when something unusual happens, who can change a rule, and how changes are tested, so the system stays trustworthy after we hand it over and your team grows more confident adding to it.

Which processes should we automate first?
Ones that happen often, follow clear rules and cost real time or errors today, such as data entry between systems, routine approvals and scheduled reports. We help you rank candidates by effort and payoff.
Do we need to replace our existing software?
Usually not. Most automation connects the tools you already have. We only suggest new software when the existing tools cannot support the process.
Is automation the same as AI?
No. Most automation follows fixed rules and needs no AI at all. AI helps with the steps that involve reading unstructured text or documents, and we add it only where it is accurate enough.
What happens when an automated step fails?
The workflow stops safely, records what happened and alerts the right person, so nothing is lost or processed twice. Every run is logged.
Can our team change the workflow later?
Where processes change often we build configurable stages, rules and assignments that an administrator can update without a developer.
How do we know it was worth it?
We agree a measure before building, such as hours saved per week, turnaround time or error rate, and check it after launch.
Can you automate work that happens over email or WhatsApp?
Often, yes. Incoming emails and forms can be read, sorted and turned into tasks or records automatically, and status messages can be sent back. WhatsApp automation runs through an approved WhatsApp Business API provider.
