LMS development

A learning platform built around how you teach, assess and certify, not around the limits of an off-the-shelf tool.

A learning management system delivers courses, tracks progress and proves that learning happened. Training companies, coaching institutes, corporate learning teams and universities all need that, but they need it differently: live and recorded classes, cohort schedules, compliance training with deadlines, bilingual content, paid courses, or certificates that employers can verify.

Off-the-shelf LMS products cover the common cases. When your model does not fit, for example when you sell courses under your own brand, run blended classroom and online programmes, or need learning records linked to HR or student systems, a custom LMS lets you keep your teaching model and own the platform and the learner data.

We build learning platforms as web applications with Next.js, React, Node.js and PostgreSQL, hosted on AWS, so they work on any device and can scale for exam days and enrolment peaks. You work with the founders from first conversation to launch.

Learner data matters too. Completion records, assessment results and certificates are often needed for audits, accreditation or HR reviews years later. We design the data model and reports with that in mind, so the information you need is easy to find and export, and stays in your control.

Process

How the project runs

We begin with how you teach and assess today and who needs to see which reports, then agree the learner journey for the first release. Content structure and migration are planned early. The platform is built in increments you can test with a pilot batch, then launched with admin training and support during the first intake.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

Should we use an existing LMS or build a custom one?

If a standard LMS fits your teaching model and you are comfortable with its fees and branding limits, start there. Build custom when your course model, payment model, integrations or data ownership needs do not fit, or when per-learner fees grow faster than you do.

Can learners use it on their phones?

Yes. The platform is responsive and can be installed as a progressive web app, which suits learners who mostly study on mobile.

Can we sell courses through the LMS?

Yes. We integrate payment gateways for individual purchases, coupons, subscriptions and bulk company enrolments.

Can it support Marathi, Hindi or other languages?

Yes. We build interfaces that work in more than one language, and course content can be published in each language you teach in.

Can you move our existing courses and learners across?

Yes. We migrate course content, learner records and completion history from your current platform or files where they can be exported.

How are videos hosted?

Usually through a dedicated video hosting service, which handles streaming quality and piracy protection better than storing files ourselves. We choose one with you based on your audience and budget.

Can the LMS run live classes as well as recorded courses?

Yes. Live sessions are usually delivered through an established video meeting tool that the LMS schedules, links to and records attendance from, while recorded lessons, notes and quizzes live inside the platform.
